Jason Paetow

Director

Jason Paetow purchased his very first investment property at the age of 21, and has since built a significant portfolio in the Melbourne property market. He plans to retire with 50 properties to his name. Jason established AllianceCorp in January 2008, having identified the demand for an independent property advisory service. Jason’s work in property investment has spanned 10 years, hundreds of satisfied property buyers and millions of dollars worth of Melbourne property.

Sam Rapke

Sam Rapke manages investment property and private home acquisitions at AllianceCorp, based on the extensive experience of his entire adult lifetime. Sam has been in the property industry since the age of 18, gaining his Agent’s Representative Qualification in 2006. Sam was recognised as the top performing real estate agent for his firm in 2007, and continued to hone his skills throughout 2008.

In 2009 Sam joined AllianceCorp as Property Acquisitions Manager, also completing his Certificate IV in Business Development. We know Sam as a manager with a strong work ethic and an inbuilt talent for getting great results for investors and home buyers – this talent leads Sam to see AllianceCorp not just as a job, but a way of life. Outside work, Sam’s life is ‘high performance’ also – he loves high revving, fast turning cars, barracks for St Kilda and loves spending time with friends.

Keith has that great-mate quality that Australian’s love, so you can say that this American born and raised in New York is a good fit for his new home of just 2 years, Melbourne. Like the perfect mate he moved here for his partner and although he protests that shopping is not quite the standard in New York, he admits that Melbournian’s are by far friendlier and warmer people. Before joining us, Keith worked with the real estate group Prudential – Holmes & Kennedy in Westchester County NY, where he managed a group of sales agents as an Operations Manager. Keith studied at the State University of New York – Valhalla for International Business, and received honours in Literature and Business Administration along with tutoring fellow students in Composition of Literature. Keith is also the proud father of two – Talia and Aalysha.

Our Accounts Manager Rosamund Davidson has been with Alliance Corp since the business started. As one of the initial staff members at Alliance Corp, Rosamund’s attitude has also been a driver of the Alliance Corp philosophy. She believes that you have to love what you do if you want to be good at it, and also that every problem has a solution. The business has helped Rosamund grow also – she has bought two investment properties since starting with AllianceCorp, and added value to another.

As an ironwoman, marathon runner and health fanatic, Rosamund is most often described as ‘amazing’ outside work! Fitness, cooking, enjoying food with family and friends and the mighty Bombers are her passions outside property.

Sajeewa Don

Sajeewa Don, AllianceCorp’s IT Manager, ensures that all the property expertise of the rest of the team has the support of the most efficient and capable IT systems to thrive in today’s technically oriented business environment. Sajeewa achieved first class honours in his Bachelor of Engineering degree, and has worked across the world with IT solutions for telecommunications and radio broadcast corporations.

Diligence, integrity and transparency are some of the values that Sajeewa and AllianceCorp share. Outside work, you can find Sajeewa cutting loose on the dance floor, playing cricket and keeping up to date with the industry.

We’re not sure if it’s because he travels each day from a part of Victoria’s midland plains region simply known as Ballarat, but it’s probably because he’s a naturally high-spirited soul. Diego is not just a talented young professional. He uses his spare time to dabble in music production and short story creative writing.
