    Home Buyers Service Fee


    At AllianceCorp, low fees go hand in hand with expert handling, close relationships and fantastic service. Our extensive network of contacts, tailored systems and natural instincts allow us to offer fees almost 30% less expensive than many of our leading competitors.

    Our affordable fees for private home buyers encourage long term relationships; this results in repeat business, personal referrals and ultimately the ability to keep our costs low for our customers in the long term.

    Industry standard for buyer’s agents services can be as high as 2% – 2.75%, similar to real estate agents’ fees. This means that on a home purchase of $600,000, you can pay as high as $16,500. As you’ll see below, AllianceCorp offers a much more realistically priced option!

    Looking for a full service option where all your needs are taken care of?
    Comprehensive Solution: 1% – 2.2% of your budget (set at time of engagement). The average fee is between $7,950 and $12,000

    Happy to do some of the leg work but may require us to evaluate, negotiate or bid at auction?
    Tailored Solution: between $3,000 to a maximum of 1% of your budget

    Why use a percentage based fee with home buyers?
    We use a percentage-based fee for private home buyers in some circumstances because there are greater potential savings on a million-dollar purchase compared to a $300,000 purchase. Like most businesses, we apportion the fee charged to the potential savings than can be achieved.
