    The clients were a middle aged couple looking to start investing for retirement and approached AllianceCorp to assist them in purchasing their 1st investment property.

    We took them out to see 4 properties, all of which were discussed and analysed. Each of the properties had the opportunity to add value through renovation, and we explained to the clients the benefits of purchasing an investment this way. After the inspections, the clients were interested in two of the properties. We went in to negotiate on both properties and ended up solidifying a deal on Regent Street for $320,000 which was a tremendous result.

    After settlement we began the renovation, which was completed in only 6 weeks instead of our quoted 8 week turnaround. The clients were extremely happy with the renovation and were even more pleased that we added $41,904 in value to the property.
