Jason Paetow

Managing Director and Senior Property Coach

 

 

Jason Paetow established AllianceCorp in 2008 after identifying a need for an independent property advisory service in Melbourne. The business started off as a one-man-band that has since grown to a large and diverse team of property experts servicing the Australian property market. Jason’s experience as a qualified financial planner, mortgage broker, a REIV licenses real estate agent and license builder has made this company explode in the property industry. A well respected and charismatic director, Jason’s own approach to business and property investment is what drives the entire company’s vision to help our clients achieve their financial goals whilst enjoying a seamless, transparent and high quality experience from our team.

When Jason is not in the office, he loves any adrenalin racing activity, especially running triathlons, kite-surfing and spending time with his family.

Matt Bower

National Client Services Manager and Associate Director

 

 

Our clients can rest assure they are in capable hands with Matt Bower, with over 15 years of experience in the property investment and finance industry. Matt’s experience as a property expert along with being an investor himself makes him a great partner to his clients. Matt offers clients a smooth and sufficient process when purchasing their investment property. On top of that, he ensures settlements and finances are well structured, allowing clients to acquire properties in the best way possible. Matt has made it his mission to teach his clients the ins and outs of the industry through concise property coaching services while helping them build a successful portfolio.

In the spare time Matt has, he spends it playing and watching any kind of sports or taking his own kids to play their own sports.

 


 

 

 Jenelle Backman

National Marketing and Business Innovation Manager

 

 

Jenelle joined AllianceCorp to head up the marketing and communication activities of the business with a focus on improving the experience for each and every client.

After completing a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Public Relations, Jenelle has spent the last ten years working in the not-for-profit, technology, food service and agribusiness sectors in a variety of roles spanning corporate affairs, digital marketing, communications and strategic planning.

The daughter of two successful property developers, it was only a matter of time before the industry called to her. Jen is a strong believer in property investment as the most successful vehicle to gain financial security and independence and looks forward to contributing towards AllianceCorp’s education program in the future.

When she is not at work, Jenelle loves spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach as much as possible, cooking and practicing yoga.

Thomas Bulmer

Client Relations and Business Development Manager

 

 

As the Client Relations & Business Development Manager, Thomas is one of the first points of contact with our clients. His role is to ensure quality across processes within the business that affect our clients and ensure that all clients have an experience of wealth creation as well as satisfaction and integrity.

In his present role he utilises a combination of his practical experience; stemming from time spent in positions that combine ethical sales, management and business development with the theoretical foundations built during his time as a student at the University of Melbourne, completing his formal education in finance, economics, real estate and management.

Thomas’ primary motivation to work at AllianceCorp was to help educate investors on how they can implement strategies that will allow them to achieve their long term financial goals, whilst minimising the impact on their day to day lives.

Matthew Carlson

Property Education Consultant

 

 

An enthusiastic member of AllianceCorp, Matt is the first point of contact for our clients. Matt’s role is to identify our client’s needs and further educate by providing them with our services. As a Property Education Consultant, Matt enjoys providing professional assistance to clients in the early stages of their property investment journey.

Matt prides himself for having a talent for the gift of the gab and finds it easy to relate to people while identifying their needs. Having developed skills in communication through his Psychology degree, Matt believes that speaking to clients is his forte.

Outside of work, Matt has an extremely social life, with his obsession for music and being a professional DJ during Uni. Spending his time playing sports and kicking butt in martial arts.

Royce’s mantra is to educate clients on all elements of property investment, helping our clients achieve their financial goals and providing them confidence through building knowledge on the industry.

Previously working for an education consultancy, Royce has developed strong communication skills and has grown to help a lot of people.

Growing up, Royce wanted his own place as he moved around a lot so buying a home for his family is what he is working towards. Royce aspires to become an entrepreneur and philanthropist as his passion to help the people around him to be better and achieve their goals.

Rosamund Davison

Finance and Accounts

 

 

 

Ros is one of AllianceCorp’s first employees and has become a very valued member of the team. Ros has worn many hats in the business and in her current role, Ros manages all the finance and accounts. Her attention to detail and pragmatism has proven to be a great asset for team members and clients alike. Ros is also a successful property investor herself and applies this knowledge to ensure the best possible service to our clients.

In addition to her vast property experience and knowledge, Ros has previously run a swim school and a sports centre. Ros’s spare time is spent with her three young kids and keeping active so some may call her super-mum (Ros).

Jade Henley

Property Services Coordinator

 

 

 

Jade Henley has recently joined AllianceCorp in the Research, Acquisitions and Settlements department where she works in the back-end with the property coaches, organising property presentations for our clients.

Originally from Perth, Jade moved down to Melbourne a couple months ago for a change of scenery. Having over four years of experience in the property industry back in Perth, working in Real Estate as a personal assistant and in sales coordination.

In her spare time, Jade loves to take dance classes, being a professional dancer since she was five years old.

Nick joined AllianceCorp as a Senior Property Coach. He has since gone onto help numerous clients purchase their investment properties. Nick’s extensive experience in the property industry has spread over the past 14 years. Nick takes pride in teaching and nurturing his clients on how to invest and set up their finances to build their property portfolio so they can have a comfortable retirement.

Nick’s hard work shows across the company as the only day he has off, he spends with his beautiful family, whether that is taking his son to play soccer or taking the family to watch movies or play in the park.

Sam recently came back to AllianceCorp as a Property Coach, after taking some time off to open his own business. Being a Property Coach, Sam is directly involved with helping clients reach their financial freedom through proven property investment strategies.

Starting his career in Real Estate at the mere age of 18, Sam then moved into property advisory at AllianceCorp in 2009 and left in 2012 to build his business, an online marketing platform for Real Estate agents, which is still growing.

Coming back to AllianceCorp, Sam had become a licensed estate agent and wanted to continue his passion in providing people with unbiased property investment advice.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with the family.

Eddie’s passion for property investment has led him to provide clients with the best possible service. By surrounding himself with successful people, it allows him to absorb knowledge and grow. Coming from a background in the fitness industry, Eddie has proven that he has the determination and will power to provide clients with the best property advice – with his passion to help as many people as he can.

Outside of work, Eddie reads up on self-development books and is a self-confessed gym junkie.

Charmaine joined AllianceCorp in 2015, where she quickly progressed into the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist. Working across multiple areas in the business, Charmaine focuses on the service we provide to our clients, ensuring every client receives the best marketing material. One of her main responsibilities is implementing sales and marketing programs which will provide our clients the tools and education resources to become successful investors.

With over three years of experience in the property and marketing industry, Charmaine has helped the company tremendously.

Outside of work, Charmaine socialises with friends and enjoys educating herself to be the best she can possibly be.

Geoff Wilkie

National Operations Manager

 

 

 

Geoff has worked hard for the business for over three years, he ensures everything is running smoothly and effectively day to day. Being the head of operations, Geoff oversees renovations and quality control whilst working closely with the settlements and acquisitions department. He makes sure all departments are communicating effectively and working together to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

Before stepping foot into the property industry, Geoff spent over ten years in film production as a technician and administrative manager. Geoff’s love for the newest films and TV is still there, that is when he isn’t running around after his kids. “The kids are at that age where they think I’m a superhero and I’m more than happy to take that.”
