About The Role:
- Meet with prospective qualified clients and educate them about the different facets of property investment and finance and put together and help the client develop a property wealth plan
- Present property options to clients and support them making their investment decisions
- Work closely with partners and service providers (such as mortgage brokers, solicitors and financial advisors) in the industry to create new business development opportunities
Successful candidates will also be supported by our large team of marketing personal, education consultants, acquisitions and settlements and our syndicate team.
In addition, AllianceCorp also holds strong importance on appropriate qualifications and credentials for our Planners to formulate a successful property wealth plan for clients. To facilitate this requirement, we have extensive 12 month training programs that ensure our Senior Property Wealth Planners and successful candidate:
- Are Licensed Estate Agents
- Are Licensed Mortgage Brokers
- Have completed PIPA Qualifications (the highest property advisory qualification)
- Are active property investors
- Complete ongoing professional development in line with the QPIA accreditation
About You:
- Minimum of three years of consultative sales and customer service experience in the property industry or a professional client services environment
- Be self-motivated and hold a strong, high-achieving work ethic
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills and experience working with CRM’s, must be very disciplined
- Demonstrated sound presentation, networking, and negotiation
- Be passionate about the property industry
- Demonstrated understanding of finance and how it relates to property investment
- Flexible to work Saturdays and evenings when required
- Experience in managing and growing a team
