In 2020, we launched a development arm to help our clients diversify their portfolios and access prime locations they might otherwise not be able to afford. The syndicated development sites enable clients to generate lump sum returns. As you’ll see below, our West Footscray townhouses, known as The Beaumont, are nearly sold out – with only one remaining.
Based on the popularity of our first development, our Acquisitions team are currently negotiating on three other sites.
