Having graduated from the University of Melbourne with a postgraduate diploma in Applied Mathematics, Yianni now has over four years of experience within the financial services sector.

As Investor Express Manager at AllianceCorp, Yianni’s role is to provide basic financial coaching, cash flow management, and budgeting assistance to clients on an ongoing basis, as a means of assisting them to maximise their savings and ultimately fast-track their wealth creation.

Having graduated from the UK with 1st class honours in Business Management & Economics, Elliott now has over two and a half years experience within financial services.

At AllianceCorp, Elliott’s role is twofold, he firstly works to ensure clients are happy and actively engaged with AllianceCorps services. Secondly, he consults with clients to hone their money management skills and increase savings.

Director – Acquisitions and Client Services

Jamie has worked as a real estate professional for more than 11 years, with experience across land sales, project sales and property acquisitions. As AllianceCorp’s Director of Acquisitions and Client Services, Jamie helps source quality properties for AllianceCorp’s clients to deliver exceptional results.

Lachie has been a member of the AllianceCorp Team since the start of 2020, working across all marketing functionalities ensuring that the needs of customers are met in the digital space.

Business Development Manager (Melbourne)

Peter works as AllianceCorp’s Business Development Manager, a position he cherishes as it enables him to change the lives of clients that come through the door. Peter has worked as a real estate professional for 14 years, with experience across all areas of the industry, even getting into the grit and grind of the building sector.

Senior Property Education Consultant 

Luke commenced his career over a decade ago as a property lawyer, focusing on litigation and property law.

Luke is uniquely qualified and is a certified mortgage broker and a fully licenced estate agent. Luke is a dedicated member of the AllianceCorp team and he strives to help his clients realise their full property wealth potential by providing strategic property investing education. Luke enjoys studying, and he is currently completing further studies including a Diploma in Building and Construction.

Senior Property Education Consultant

Peter has a strong background in real estate and property. Previously he was the lead developer for a multi-story development, where he oversaw commercial approvals.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science and is in the process of completing his Diploma in Building and Construction. Peter’s favourite part of his job is speaking to people about their financial goals and then giving them the tools to achieve them.

Andrew has over 10 years of experience as an Enterprise Business Development Manager, working with companies such as Optus, TPG & Vodafone.

Andrew works as one of AllianceCorp’s Property Education Team Leader always focusing on putting his clients before all else.

TULIA

Property Wealth Planner (Brisbane) 

Prior to the last 10 years in the property investment space, Tulia was a Licensed Real Estate Agent in one of the most competitive and lucrative areas in Australia, spanning across Bondi to Point Piper.

However, during her time in real estate, Tulia discovered her passion to help everyday Australians create wealth beyond what they ever thought possible. Since then, Tulia has successfully helped hundreds of clients grow their wealth through strategic property investment.

Sam graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Human Resource Management. Outside of his studies, Sam has worked in both customer service and sales industries.

His content creation experience enables him to help design and develop AllianceCorp’s social media posts and database marketing.

With over 12 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to the Property Education Division as AllianceCorp’s Team Manager.

Backed by several national and state-wide salesperson awards across the Real Estate, Automotive and Health and Fitness sectors, Aaron is highly passionate about creating a premium experience for our clients and is perfectly placed to oversee and manage the operation of our Property Education Division.

HOWIE

Finance Assistant 

Howie graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Accounting Degree and has six years of experience in the accounting area. He is advanced in using analysis software to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial data.

As AllianceCorp’s Finance Assistant, Howie processes the daily routine of the financial department and supports the Finance & Accounts Manager in maintaining operations.

JENELLE

Executive Director

With over 15 years experience across property investment, agribusiness and technology,
Jenelle manages AllianceCorp’s Marketing and Operations division, ensuring business continuity and excellence for our clients.

Backed by a Bachelor of Communications (Honours) and PRINCE2 in Project Management,
Jenelle has widespread expertise in leadership, human resources, change management, issues management,
marketing and communications making her an invaluable asset to the team.

Being living proof of AllianceCorp’s proven investment strategies,
Jenelle has successfully created and invested through a self-managed superfund,
executed several large townhouse development projects and over time, has established a large investment portfolio Australia-wide.

CHARLIE

Property Education Consultant

Charlie has been working in the property industry for over 4 years and holds his Agents representative certificate. Prior to joining AllianceCorp, Charlie worked as a real estate agent, which deepened his understanding of the Australian property market.

At AllianceCorp, Charlie gives clients the tools they need to successfully invest, providing particular support to those who feel it is “too late” for them to get started.

TARRYN

Property Education Consultant 

Tarryn has over 12 years of experience in both sales and customer service. She has worked for several different companies, including AFL, AGL, Energy Australia, AMEX & MyBudget. Tarryn also has a strong background in finance, having earned her cert IV. On top of all of this, she has studied both Criminal Justice and Social Science at RMIT and has a bachelor’s degree.

Tarryn is one of AllianceCorp’s Property Education Consultants and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and get the most out of themselves.

Bringing more than four years of experience in sales and customer relations to the Property Education division, Joshua holds a strong passion for property investment and has broad experience in the house and land sector.

Josh is one of AllianceCorp’s Property Education Consultants, and is greatly motivated to help people accomplish their goals and make a difference in their lives.

Office Manager & Client Services Coordinator 

Shai has over 3 years of experience in operations, building management, security management and OH&S management where she worked as a team leader. Shai has also worked as a PA and in a variety of different admin/ops roles in both Melbourne and London.

In her role as Office Manager & Client Services Coordinator Shai strives to provide a seamless and positive experience for our clients here at AllianceCorp.

Portfolio Manager 

Backed by a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and over 13 years of experience in Sales and Accounts Management, Travis is well-placed as AllianceCorp’s Portfolio Manager

Travis began his journey at AllianceCorp in 2018, where he worked as a Property Education Consultant for four years. Priding himself on educating clients on the fundamentals of successful wealth creation and being a part of their journey from start to finish, Travis works tirelessly to deliver a high level of service and ensure utmost client satisfaction.

JANUS

Contracts Coordinator

As AllianceCorp’s Contracts Coordinator, Janus manages and oversees the end-to-end contracts review and execution process.

With a Bachelor of Laws from Australian Catholic University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, Janus also has excellent experience in home lending, investments, superannuation and financial portfolio management and service, having worked at 2 of the largest banks in Australia.

JAMES

Acquisitions Coordinator

James works within our Acquisitions team and is involved in conducting research and investigative reports about emerging markets for our clients. He has strong market knowledge from his own investments and previous role within AllianceCorp as a Property Education Consultant.

Detail oriented, James holds a Bachelor of Science and is currently studying his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, and is motivated by quantifiable data and gauging investor sentiment.

MARC

Property Education Consultant 

Marc has over 15 years of experience in both sales and customer service. Marc has extensive experience in sales, having led a team for two years selling electricity and gas.

Additionally, Marc has worked in the banking industry, specializing in the sale of loans and credit facilities. He has also worked in customer service for banks and in customer retention for telecommunication companies.

AMANDA

Property Education Consultant 

In addition to her background in sales, Amanda has gained experience working in an array of other industries, such as CFD stock trading and personal training.

Amanda also has a background in the property industry and has completed training in property options.

NICHOLAS

Nicholas has over 1 year of experience working in face to face sales and 4 years of trade experience. Nicholas has also worked with charities and has a background in the housing industry.

Through his experience, Nicholas has worked with various clients across the state and managed high performing teams in hitting their KPI’s.

Dr Andrew Wilson is the Chief Economist for ‘My Housing Market’, a platform dedicated to providing comprehensive market intelligence to both the industry and wider community.

With a PhD and Masters degree in Housing Market Economics, two graduate qualifications in Econometrics and Construction Economics and a wealth of experience among industry, academia and government, Dr. Wilson is well-versed as one of Australia’s highest profile property market commentators.

As AllianceCorp’s Client Service Coordinator, Taylah supports our clients throughout the investment journey. Taylah has extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, previously working with Australasia’s largest real estate group, where she was awarded for “Excellence in Customer Experience” and nominated for “Administrator of the Year” and the “Community Service” award.

Taylah’s favourite part of her role is building relationships with her clients and creating memorable experiences for them.

David has worked in property finance and real estate for over 15 years. As part of the Property Coaching team in Sydney, David enjoys helping his clients to build property portfolios by establishing and achieving realistic financial goals.

David is a certified Agent’s Representative with extensive experience in the industry. David knows how to make clients feel confident about their investment journey throughout his expertise and knowledge of the national market. Ros works as AllianceCorp’s Client Services Manager (Melbourne), a role that oversees the operational aspects of our Property Wealth Division. Backed by a wealth of knowledge and experience, Ros is also a member of AllianceCorp’s senior leadership team.

Ros started working with AllianceCorp 13 years ago and has played a vital role in the growth of the company. From property development and marketing through to settlements, Ros has worked across a variety of departments that has made her an invaluable asset to the AllianceCorp team.

Client Services Manager (Post-Purchase Division)

Tehanni works as AllianceCorp’s Client Services Manager, a role that involves helping clients right from the education phase, until the time they have purchased their properties and get tenants through the doors. 

Tehanni has 3 years experience in the events management, marketing and social media space, and her 2 years at AllianceCorp have involved everything from marketing, to property settlements, and her current client services role.

Jim has over 20 years of experience in new homes sales, selling house and land packages in the outer western and northern suburbs of Melbourne. From there, Jim progressed to selling investment properties, helping hundreds of clients build successful property investment portfolios.

Anna started in the property industry over 20 years ago, working her way up to becoming the Principal Director of her very own real estate business. Terry Ryder is the creator and owner of Hotspotting, which helps identify emerging property markets. He has been a specialist on residential property for over 35 years, so he knows a thing or two about property.

Terry Ryder has specialised as a researcher and writer on Australian real estate since 1982. He was Property Editor at The Courier-Mail in Brisbane and later Queensland property correspondent for The Australian Financial Review. He is the author of four real estate books. More recently he was a regular real estate columnist for The Australian and currently writes a regular column on the Property Observer website.
