Somebody once told me “Show me your bank balance and I’ll show you how fast you move”.

And they were right.

Speed is money after all.

And considering money makes life better (and less stressful), you’ll want to get as much as you can, as early as you can.

Who Wants To Get Financially Free … When You’re 80?

This is the difference between being in the slow lane and the fast lane.

Most people happily plod along at 10 (or even 20) kilometres UNDER the limit.

That’s OK. Everyone knows there’s a slow lane.

But if you had a choice, which lane would you be in?

The reality is that most people live life in the slow lane. It looks like this:

In your 20s – You get a job, get into debt, rent and find your life partner.

In your 30s – You buy your first home, have kids, struggle with debt, climb the corporate ladder.

In your 40s – You continue struggling with the cost of a family and a mortgage. You get stuck in your job but can’t see a way out. Finally, you start investing.

In your 50s – Your kids are older, more money is coming in, a couple of haphazard investments might even start paying off. But suddenly retirement looms and panic sets in.

In your 60s – You start throwing as much as you can into super because it’s about to hit. You cut back, sell assets, and engage a financial planner to fix the problems.

And finally you retire on whatever super and assets you’ve cobbled together over the journey.

However, what if you took the fast lane?

Here’s what the fast lane looks like:

In your 20s  – Get a job, buy your first home, invest some money in shares and get your first investment property. Find your life partner.

In your 30s – Build your career, grow your property portfolio, generate passive income from it and work less and raise your family

In your 40s – Stop doing a job you hate and do work which inspires you, work less hours, maybe even retire or retire your spouse. Send your kids to your choice of school, increase your portfolio again and maybe dabble with small developments

In your 50s – You have long since achieved financial freedom. You only work if you want, and continue to grow your portfolio and your passive income. Now you can travel and holiday with your family and time you please.

In your 60s – The sky’s the limit. You’ll continue to travel and love life. You’ll help your own children by passing on the fast-lane lessons which got you here and give them a financial leg-up if they need it.

It’s easy to see the difference.

And the best thing about the fast lane is you can get into it any damn time you please.

If you spent your 20s stuck in the slow lane, you can move now and still thrive.

Even if you spent your 30s, even your 40s in the slow lane it’s not too late to move.

Of course, the earlier you get into the fast lane the further you’ll go, but it’s never too late.

This Puts You In The Fast Lane So You Do The Overtaking.

Now, the fastest of the fast lanes is residential real estate.

And of course I’d say that, given that’s what Alliance Corp do.

But think about it.

You can take $70,000 in equity, use it as a deposit to invest in a $600,000 home (that’s a 10% deposit with some fees), and it’s not uncommon for the value of that house to go up as much as 20% in 24 months.

That’s a capital gain of $120,000.

Use that equity gain and now you’ve got 2 properties going up in value which means you can get your third faster.

See how this works?

Oh, and by the way if you think I’m exaggerating these returns, you’d be right.

I’m Exaggerating These Returns … By Making Them Too Low.

One of our clients, Sarah, didn’t have much money after her divorce.

And in 18 months of working of us she created $450,000 in equity.

So when I say $120k, I’m being very very conservative.

The right strategy and the right houses in the right suburbs puts you in the fast lane.

And this isn’t an Australian fast lane where you go 100kph instead of 90kph.

We’re talking about creating wealth at incredible speed

Just Remember … You ARE Allowed In The Fast Lane. And Nobody Can Tell You Otherwise.

There’s no rule which says you can’t be in it.

Most of our clients are typical working mums and dads without big bank balances, just like Sarah.

And we create a strategy for them which unlocks every ounce of speed and safety for them.

Of course, you might want to know how this works and whether it’s possible for you.

This is why we’re happy to show you.

You can book a time with one of our senior advisors who can show you what the fast-lane looks like for you.

They’ll map out an overview of what you should do, and when.

They’ll give you the steps to make it happen.

Plus the opportunities available in the market.

They’ll even show you how many properties you could invest in right now if you choose to. The more you get now, the faster you’ll go.

And of course answer any questions you have.

First things first.

And there’s no obligation or pressure here, and no cost.

We figure if we give you actual value and information (instead of pitching our services like everyone else) you’ll see how exceptional we are, and might consider using us if you move ahead.

Your choice as always.

Enter your details below and let’s get to it.

And one more thing. When I was young, I wasn’t even in the slow lane.

I was in the emergency, broken down lane.

A family breakdown saw me on the streets for a while living in the park, and even in state care (the park was better).

What made the difference was I saw the fast lane, and I got over there as fast as I could.

And that’s why I know you can too.

Put your details in and we’ll get started.
