As an AllianceCorp member, you will get to take part in three sessions with a Senior Property Coach who will educate you about our unique approach to property investment at AllianceCorp and how we can apply our strategies to your personal situation.

The Coach will talk to you about your situation, your goals and identify your education requirements. Based on this, they will provide you with the relevant information and resources, including ebooks and videos, so you are empowered to make informed decisions.

INVESTMENT FINANCE STRATEGY

In order to help our clients navigate the complex process of obtaining finance for their investment purchases we offer in-house Finance Services.

Finance is something that cannot be overlooked and the advantage of dealing with our finance advisors is that we are all on the same page when it comes to your finances and your property goals.

As part of your membership, your Senior Property Coach will conduct a financial assessment with you. Based on this information, the team will analyse your income, your outgoings, your borrowing capacity – all of the factors that determine your eligibility and what locations and property types you can invest in.  

Once we have understood your unique financial situation and determined your financial goals, we create a Property Wealth Plan which includes the tailored information and specific strategies you need to build a profitable portfolio.

RESEARCH & ACQUISITIONS

The AllianceCorp Research and Acquisitions team spend thousands to access all the leading data insights on every key investment location across Australia. The team is constantly evaluating the market and researching the best quality properties and locations for our clients to suit many different investment strategies. Examples of the research drivers the team analyses include: Council and private infrastructure projects and budgets, government vision statements looking 20-30 years into the future, historical statistical information, including sales statistics, number of sales, number of approvals for future developments to prevent oversupply and much more.

Once the research team have selected a location and property type that will suit your strategy, we then conduct a thorough due diligence analysis to ensure the properties selected for you meet our stringent criteria including background checks, investment grade benchmarks, rental appraisal, cash flow analysis, to name just a few components. Once due diligence has been completed, you will be sent property options, and comprehensive research reports on the selected markets.

POST PURCHASE MANAGEMENT

During settlement, you will have one ongoing point of contact who will be in constant communication with you and all other parties, coordinating all elements of the post-purchase process to ensure that all necessary documentation and actions take place for a smooth settlement process.

As part of the process, the team will:

  • Arrange purchase contracts
  • Provide you and all Third Parties with contract copies
  • Keep communication lines moving on finance preparation and approval status.
  • Instruction and advice on deposit payment information to completion / settlement.
  • Track progress of build and development progression
  • Give guidance on handover process steps and settlement possession.
  • Liaise with property manager post-handover regarding securing tenants and rental income.

At all times, the Settlements & Concierge team are here as a contact point to answer your questions – or to liaise with the Third Parties involved in the process so you can be satisfied that your property is being completed as efficiently as possible.

We have built relationships with all our Third Parties so you can feel confident about a positive post-purchase experience.

ONGOING PORTFOLIO REVIEWS

Once you join AllianceCorp, you are a member for life. You have ongoing access to our resources, mentoring and support.

As part of your lifetime membership you have access to portfolio reviews. These regular reviews with our team serve to analyse the performance of your current properties and keep you on track towards your wealth creation goals.

During these sessions we will:

  • Provide you with an update on the performance of your properties
  • Discuss changes to the property market moving into 2020, what you need to be wary of as well as where there are opportunities for you
